The tire pyrolysis oil is a waste-derived fuel with lower cetane number and higher den-sity than diesel fuel, but this promising waste-based for compression ignition en-gines. In the European Union, it necessary to increase bio-share of fuels, second-generation blend components are essential achieving 2030 goals. injection characteristics were investigated on Bosch solenoid type common rail (CR) injector. Six different premixed ratios investi-gated, including in low volume percentage 250 ppm 10%, 20%, 100% oil. simulation investigation was done AVL Fire software, experimental investigations LDX CR test bench, videos taken an Olympus Ispeed 3 camera. scope research record flow pattern mixture, flowing out high-pressure injector, from which mixing air quality resulting combustion can be deduced, has significant effect emissions.
